Philosophy
How would you describe your shooting style?
We would like to think of our images as the building blocks of an unfolding story. They’re little moments that capture the honesty and pure emotion of a wedding day. What you’ll find in our works are quiet interactions, stolen glances, laughter, or tears in moments where people are so present they forget they’re being photographed.
When our couples are looking back at their photographs, we would want them to see a genuine depiction of who they are. We’re interested only in real smiles, sincere expressions, and unprompted emotions. We feel that is what gives our photographs the poetic simplicity they’re known for.
We’re so awkward in front of the camera!
We swear 99% of all inquiries start off this way but, that is what we’re here for! Our job is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in whatever setting we're in. All we ask for in return is for you to be present during the session, and the images will reflect that. You two will be engaged in many interesting and meaningful conversations during the session, so just take your time and enjoy these moments. And we promise you will have a collection of beautiful images after the session.
Works
Where are you based? Do you travel?
Yes! We’re based in Singapore but travel is what we live for. So no matter where you live or plan to go, please reach out. We even have special deals for anyone that takes us to places on our bucket list!
What time of the day do you prefer to shoot?
Golden Hour & Blue Hour are our favorite times of day to shoot (an hour before and after sunset). The sky is most colorful during this time so you can expect that coveted golden light (before sunset) and gorgeous shades of blue/pink (after sunset).
Do we need a second photographer?
While we often shoot alone, we are confident in capturing everything needed and more. However, it is always a good idea to have a second photographer along. For a large wedding of 120pax or more, or one that has many things going on (church wedding, outdoor celebration/party, pool party, etc.), I would strongly recommend having a second photographer to ensure the wedding is adequately covered!
Deliverables
How long does it take to receive our photos?
We strive to deliver your pictures in no more than 8 weeks after your wedding day.
How many photos can we expect?
There are no set number of images, but a good estimate would be 80-100 images for a connection session, and 700 images for a 10-hour wedding. More moments will translate to more images!
How will we receive our photos?
Your photos will be delivered to you through a personalized online gallery. The gallery will contain all the full resolution images, as well as mobile-sized images (for social media). You may also share the gallery with your friends and families, by sharing with them the link to your gallery. The gallery will be password protected to ensure your privacy is protected.
Reservation
How far should we book you in advance?
Most of our clients book us more than a year in advance, sometimes even two. But there are also some spontaneous requests. The sooner you reach out, the better the chances are that your date is still available in our calendar.
We love what we see, now what?
